Robert Clarke, a resident of Houston, Texas, is requesting a follow-up investigation into his claims that he was harassed by trash trucks and a directed energy weapon.
Clarke contacted the city council multiple times to report the harassment. He said that he was being followed by trash trucks around town and that a directed energy weapon was being pointed at him.
The city council dismissed Clarke’s claims, telling him that he should seek mental health treatment. Clarke said that he is not mentally ill and that he is being harassed and attacked.
Clarke has since contacted the police and the mental health response team, but they have not been able to help him. He is now writing to the media in the hope that someone will take his claims seriously.
In an email to the media, Clarke said:
“I am being harassed and attacked, and I need help. I have already contacted the police and the mental health response team, but they have not been able to help me. I am overwhelmed by these character assassination attacks. I am writing to you today in the hope that you can help me. I am asking you to please investigate these attacks and to take my concerns seriously. I am also asking you to please help me get the help that I need.”
Clarke’s claims are serious and should be investigated thoroughly. If he is being harassed, it is important to find out who is responsible and to stop the harassment. If he is not mentally ill, then his claims should be taken seriously and investigated.
The city council should also reconsider its decision to dismiss Clarke’s claims. Harassment is a serious problem and should not be dismissed lightly. The city council should take Clarke’s claims seriously and investigate them thoroughly.
