WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – Seizing the assets of Mexican cartel leader Joaquin Guzman, best known as El Chapo, may provide enough funding to construct President Donald Trump’s wall at the US-Mexican border, Senator Ted Cruz said in an interview on Thursday.
“The first step is to convict him [Guzman], Cruz told Fox News. “Once he’s convicted, the [US] government is seeking the forfeiture of his $14 billion.”

This is great news. You should however realize that money is fungible. Planned parenthood was trying to claim that funding wasn’t being spent on abortions. Why are people so ignorant about something they use every day? If you have $100 and someone gives you $50 explicitly for gas it doesn’t matter which bills you use to pay for your groceries. It is still your money. You could spend $60 on groceries and claim you only used the money you had and not the money you were given for gas. You would still be ahead $50.
